Job Duties

Develop and support Membership by providing information on membership benefits
promote the value of company products and services
process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts
participate in sales and marketing events
make efforts to meet membership goals
maintain safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines
conduct safety sweeps
follow proper forklift spotting procedures
follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials
follow company steel standard guidelines and correct/report unsafe situations to management
fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until members arrive, follow up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet member needs
complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data and resources, collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners
provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, promoting company products and services
comply with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity
embrace differences to create a culture of belonging
build strong and trusting relationships
maintain and promote the highest standards of integrity, ethics and compliance
