Job Duties

  • Develop and support membership by providing information on membership benefits and promoting the value of company products and services
  • Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts
  • Participate in sales and marketing events and work towards meeting membership goals
  • Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe situations to management
  • Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise
  • Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources while collaborating with managers, coworkers, and other business partners
  • Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards
