Job Requirements
- minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively with members and team members
- capability to follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and stocking merchandise
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- basic computer literacy
- commitment to maintaining ethical standards and integrity in all job functions
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of membership services and retail sales beneficial
- ability to use computer systems for order processing and membership management
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- problem-solving skills and adaptability to change
Job Duties
- develop and support membership by providing information on benefits
- promote the value of company products and services
- process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts
- participate in sales and marketing events
- maintain safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines
- conduct safety sweeps and follow proper forklift spotting procedures
- handle and dispose of hazardous materials according to procedures
- fulfill member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items
- ensure order accuracy and secure items until member pickup
- complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources
- collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and business partners
- identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations
- communicate progress and provide information
- recommend ways to improve processes
- adapt to change and feedback
- provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services
- comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards
