Job Requirements

  • minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to communicate effectively with members and team members
  • capability to follow safety procedures and company guidelines
  • ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and stocking merchandise
  • willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • basic computer literacy
  • commitment to maintaining ethical standards and integrity in all job functions

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • knowledge of membership services and retail sales beneficial
  • ability to use computer systems for order processing and membership management
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • problem-solving skills and adaptability to change

Job Duties

  • develop and support membership by providing information on benefits
  • promote the value of company products and services
  • process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts
  • participate in sales and marketing events
  • maintain safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines
  • conduct safety sweeps and follow proper forklift spotting procedures
  • handle and dispose of hazardous materials according to procedures
  • fulfill member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items
  • ensure order accuracy and secure items until member pickup
  • complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources
  • collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and business partners
  • identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations
  • communicate progress and provide information
  • recommend ways to improve processes
  • adapt to change and feedback
  • provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services
  • comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards
