Job Duties

develops and supports membership by providing information on membership benefits
promotes the value of company products and services
processes membership upgrades and credit accounts
participates in sales and marketing events
meets membership goals
maintains safety of the facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines
conducts safety sweeps
follows proper forklift spotting procedures
follows procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials
fulfills member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, and securing items
ensures accuracy of orders and invoices
follows up on out-of-stock merchandise
completes work assignments using policies, data, and resources
collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners
prioritizes tasks and deadlines
communicates progress and information
provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues
promotes company products and services
complies with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
embraces diversity and fosters a culture of belonging
