Job Duties

  • Assist management with the supervision of associates by assigning duties and providing training and feedback
  • Communicate membership information, process memberships, and encourage renewals
  • Provide member service by assisting with purchases and transactions
  • Oversee assigned areas including zoning, claims, and merchandise organization
  • Complete accounting records and financial documentation
  • Develop and implement business processes and collaborate with team members
  • Promote compliance with company policies and ethical standards
