- Proven supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Ability to train and mentor associates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle financial tasks accurately
- Knowledge of company policies and ethical standards
- Experience in team leadership and performance evaluation
Job Duties
- Assist management with supervising associates
- Assign duties and communicate goals to associates
- Train associates on processes and procedures
- Provide direction and guidance for member service and complaint resolution
- Support recruiting, hiring, scheduling, and evaluating associates
- Communicate and support membership information and promotions
- Handle merchandise claims, returns, zoning, and organizing stock
- Maintain parking lot cleanliness and assist with cart retrieval
- Complete accounting records, manage cash operations, and prepare deposits
- Develop and implement business processes to meet operational needs
- Promote compliance with company policies and ethics standards
- Lead teams and support change management
- Foster a culture of respect, integrity, customer service, and excellence
