Job Requirements
- Two years of college or one year retail experience and one year supervisory experience or two years general work experience and one year supervisory experience
- For firearms facilities successful completion of firearms specific criminal background check and authorized training required
- For ammunition facilities may require current state issued certificate of eligibility
- Attendance and successful completion of all required trainings and assessments
- Commitment to upholding company policies and ethical standards
- Ability to lead and develop teams effectively
- Willingness to work in a drug-free workplace and comply with company no tolerance policy

Job Qualifications
- Two years of college education
- One year retail experience and one year supervisory experience
- General work experience with at least one year supervisory experience
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership preferred
- Experience supervising five or more direct reports including performance management mentoring hiring and firing
- Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership preferred
- Successful completion of job-related trainings and assessments
- Ability to model Walmart values and lead change efforts
Job Duties
- Lead and develop teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates
- Tour stores and provide feedback to improve operations
- Communicate and collaborate with associates on store operations business initiatives and merchandising
- Model exceptional customer service standards and manage customer service initiatives
- Drive financial performance by reviewing profit and loss statements managing budgets forecasting and controlling expenses
- Monitor merchandise presentation inventory flow and operational processes to ensure sales and profit goals
