Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as management, logistics, business administration, financial management, production or operations management
  • three years experience in senior management within operations, distribution, logistics or retail environment
  • supervisory experience including evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers or supervisors
  • ability to manage workload and participate in hiring and promotions
  • successful completion of all job-required training and assessments

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in management, logistics, business administration, financial management, production or operations management
  • minimum 3 years of senior management experience in operations, distribution, logistics, or retail environment
  • experience in supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers and supervisors
  • ability to manage workload and participate in hiring and promotion decisions
  • experience with logistics management systems and financial modeling is preferred
  • strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • knowledge of safety, quality standards, and compliance protocols

Job Duties

  • Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing
  • drive, develop and oversee implementation of the business plan for the facility
  • review and approve forecasted staffing plans
  • manage financial aspects for the facility including approving and tracking expenses
  • monitor and ensure facility-wide compliance with logistics and company quality and safety standards
  • resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns by investigating and making decisions
  • serve as a community liaison and participate in local and community organizations
  • lead and direct the facility's leadership by setting direction, communicating goals, monitoring performance and providing feedback
