Supervision and development of hourly associates are key aspects, including hiring, training, mentoring, duty allocation, performance management, and fostering a sense of belonging within the workplace. The candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders to support business plans and initiatives, measure progress, and identify improvement opportunities. Compliance with company policies and ethics standards is mandatory, alongside promoting Walmart's values such as respect for individuals, integrity, customer service excellence, and continuous improvement.
The position offers an annual salary range of $65,000 to $80,000, supplemented by performance-based bonuses. Additional compensation may include regional pay differentials and state pay differentials based on applicable legislative requirements. Walmart's comprehensive benefits package includes health coverage (medical, vision, dental), financial benefits (401(k), stock purchase, company-paid life insurance), paid time off (including sick leave, parental and family care leave), disability coverage, company discounts, military leave pay, and education benefits through the Live Better U program. This program supports associates in obtaining education from high school diplomas to bachelor’s degrees and certificates, fully funded by Walmart. The company fosters a supportive culture centered on respect, learning, and growth, ensuring associates feel valued and connected.
