- Six months experience in fresh production area
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation policies
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and tools

- Knowledge of cake decorating techniques
- Ability to operate bakery equipment
- Strong customer service and communication skills

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks and resources
- Communicate and develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service
- Maintain in-stock levels and control shrinkage
- Plan bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorations
- Follow recipe measurement instructions and use decorating tools such as bags, tips, and nozzles
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
