Job Duties

Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools and tasks
Maintains in-stock levels and controls shrinkage
Plans bakery productions ensuring quality and decorative accuracy
Follows recipe measurements and decorates cakes using bags, tips, and nozzles
Ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cold chain standards
Operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
Uses digital tools to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience
Manages bakery performance including quality control and waste elimination
Assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves concerns
Acts as a brand ambassador promoting high quality service and teamwork
Completes assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, and customers
Adapts to change and learns from feedback
