Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience in fresh production area
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to complete job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with cake decorating
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience with cake decorating techniques preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Comfortable using digital tools and technology
- Customer service experience
Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools tasks and resources
- Plans bakery productions ensuring quality consistency and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follows food safety standards sanitation guidelines cold chain compliance and inventory management
- Operates maintains and sanitizes bakery equipment
- Uses digital tools and handheld technology to make production and ordering decisions
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member issues
- Prepares for seasonal bakery events and manages waste control
