Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Six months of experience in a fresh production area
Ability to complete all job-required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
Able to follow company policies and food safety standards
Good communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Six months of experience in a fresh production area
Knowledge of cake decorating techniques preferred
Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with digital handheld technology
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
Plan bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs
Follow recipes and use decorating tools like bags, tips, and nozzles
Ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
Utilize digital tools for production decisions, merchandise ordering, and training
Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve their issues
