- Collaborates with cross functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools tasks and resources
- Plans bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follows food safety standards sanitation guidelines and cold chain compliance
- Operates maintains and sanitizes bakery equipment
- Utilizes digital tools and handheld technology to improve sales and operations
- Drives bakery area performance including quality control and waste elimination
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member issues and concerns
