- ability to complete all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- physical ability to perform bakery duties
- willingness to comply with company policies including drug-free workplace
- availability to work flexible hours including holidays and peak seasonal times

Job Duties
- collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools tasks and resources
- plans bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorations
- follows recipe measurement instructions to create decorative flowers and lettering
- adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
- uses handheld technology to manage production, merchandise ordering and product quality
- drives bakery area performance including quality and date control
- prepares for seasonal bakery volume events such as holidays and graduations
- assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member issues
- serves as a talent ambassador by training, mentoring and inspiring associates
- complies with company policies, ethics and standards of integrity
- completes assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, coworkers and customers
- embraces diversity and fosters a culture of belonging
- builds strong relationships and communicates effectively
- maintains highest standards of integrity and supports Walmart values
