- cake decorating skills preferred
- ability to collaborate and communicate effectively

- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools tasks and resources
- communicates and develops interpersonal skills for providing customer service
- plans bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and decorative accuracy
- follows recipe measurement instructions and uses decorating tools to create artistic bakery designs
- ensures adherence to food safety standards sanitation guidelines and inventory management
- operates maintains and sanitizes bakery equipment
- leverages digital tools and handheld technology to improve sales and production decisions
- drives bakery area performance including quality and date control standards and waste elimination
- prepares for seasonal bakery events and assists members with purchasing decisions
- acts as a brand ambassador by modeling high quality service and products
- supports training developing and mentoring of associates
- complies with company policies procedures and ethical standards
- completes work assignments prioritizing tasks and collaborating with managers and coworkers
- promotes a respectful and inclusive workplace culture
- acts with integrity and upholds ethics and compliance
- delivers results prioritizing customer satisfaction
- embraces continuous improvement and new technologies
