- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to complete required job training and assessments

- Knowledge of cake decorating techniques and tools preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain bakery equipment

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools and resources
- Communicate and develop interpersonal skills for customer service
- Plan bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe and measurement instructions for cake decorating
- Maintain adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Utilize handheld technology to manage production and merchandise ordering
- Drive bakery area performance including quality control and inventory management
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve concerns
- Promote a respectful and supportive team environment
- Comply with company policies, ethics, and standards of integrity
