Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Communicate and develop interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain inventory levels and control shrinkage in the bakery area
- Plan bakery production ensuring consistency in quality and decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurements and use various decorating tools and techniques
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation, and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Use digital tools and handheld technology for production decisions and merchandise ordering
- Drive bakery performance focusing on quality, date control, and waste elimination
- Prepare for seasonal events impacting bakery volume
- Identify member needs and assist with purchasing decisions
- Resolve member issues and concerns professionally
- Act as a brand ambassador promoting high-quality service and products
- Train and develop associates fostering a respectful and team-oriented work environment
- Comply with company policies, ethics, and standards of integrity
- Complete work priorities using policies, data, and resources
