Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools and resources
- plans bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- follows recipe measurement instructions and uses decorating tools such as bags and nozzles
- adheres to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- operates, maintains and sanitizes bakery equipment
- leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- manages inventory and controls shrinkage
- prepares for seasonal bakery events
- assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member concerns
- models high quality service and supports training and development of associates
- complies with company policies and ethics
- completes work assignments and communicates progress
- promotes a culture of respect, integrity and teamwork
- drives continuous improvements and adapts to change
