- Ability to complete all required job trainings and assessments in prescribed time

Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams and educates associates on tools and tasks
- Plans bakery production ensuring consistency in quality and decorative accuracy
- Operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
- Utilizes handheld technology for merchandise ordering and production decisions
- Drives bakery performance by controlling waste and preparing for seasonal events
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member issues
- Trains, develops, and inspires team members to deliver high-quality service
