Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools tasks and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurement instructions and work with decorating tools to create decorative flowers and lettering
- Adhere to food safety standards sanitation guidelines and cold chain compliance
- Operate maintain and sanitize bakery equipment
- Leverage digital tools for sales and quality improvements
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues and concerns
