Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Six months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
- Successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments within prescribed time periods
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team leaders and associates
- Adherence to company policies, safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
- Knowledge of bakery production including decorating preferred
- Food Handler Certification preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to use digital tools and technology for business decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Job Duties
- Supervise the team within the Bakery department to deliver on the business plan and contribute to club success
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of bakery operations, product specifications, and compliance standards
- Leverage digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales and improve operational efficiency
- Drive business results by ensuring operational excellence, maintaining safety and sanitation, and managing inventory
- Teach, train, and develop team members to deliver high-quality bakery products and encourage career growth
- Develop and implement processes collaborating with managers and coworkers to meet business needs
- Demonstrate and promote compliance with company policies, standards, and ethical practices
