Sam's Club emphasizes respect for individuals, acting with integrity, serving customers and members, and continuously striving for excellence. These core values guide your daily work, ensuring the creation of an inclusive workplace where employees feel supported and valued. You will be responsible for upholding these principles by fostering a culture where ethics, accountability, and transparency are paramount.

In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will employ collaborative problem-solving and team-building techniques to drive department performance, support company-wide change initiatives, and maintain a safe work environment adhering to Walmart and Sam's Club standards. The role involves working at the Sam's Club location in Papillion, Nebraska, and contributes significantly to maintaining the quality and reputation of the bakery offerings.

Sam's Club supports its employees with an extensive benefits package that includes health, financial, and paid time off benefits, in addition to unique offerings like educational opportunities through the Live Better U program. This role is designed for individuals passionate about bakery production, team leadership, and delivering exceptional member experiences in a dynamic retail environment.
