Job Description
JPMorgan Chase & Co., established over 200 years ago, is one of the most renowned financial institutions globally, providing innovative financial solutions across a variety of sectors. Operating under the respected J.P. Morgan and Chase brands, the company serves millions of consumers, small businesses, and some of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional, and government clients. As a leader in investment banking, consumer and small business banking, commercial banking, financial transaction processing, and asset management, JPMorgan Chase maintains a strong focus on excellence and client satisfaction. Known for its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, the firm values the unique talents of its global workforce and fosters an inclusive environment that encourages growth and opportunity for all employees.
Within this prestigious organization, the Private Bank Client Center Team is a vital component responsible for overseeing the firm’s Client Centers worldwide. Client Centers provide a sophisticated and secure environment where banking teams can welcome clients and conduct business seamlessly. This team ensures the delivery of a first-class experience to guests and visitors from entry through departure, embodying JPMorgan Chase’s dedication to service excellence and client engagement.
The role of a Client Center Analyst within the Private Bank is integral to the day-to-day operations of these Client Centers. This position requires an individual capable of thriving in a complex, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment. The Analyst works closely with bankers, product partners, and operations teams to manage reservation books, supervise daily meetings and events, and implement established protocols for client engagements, including those related to security and catering.
In addition to operational oversight, the Client Center Analyst is responsible for coordinating with catering partners and back-of-house staff, leading weekly BEO meetings, and ensuring that the client experience is continually assessed through survey feedback with recommended improvements. Managing financial aspects to ensure budget compliance is also a significant aspect of the role. Furthermore, the Analyst supports project analysis, the launch of new satellite Client Centers, and other administrative responsibilities such as invoice processing, vendor scheduling, and supply ordering.
Candidates for this position should possess a bachelor’s degree and have at least one year of experience in relevant fields like hospitality, event management, marketing, press relations, non-profit, or facilities management. Strong time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication capabilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are essential. Flexibility in working hours and the ability to meet deadlines are also critical to success in this role.
JPMorgan Chase offers competitive compensation packages that vary based on the role, experience, skills, and location. Eligible employees may receive commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentives, including cash and forfeitable equity awards recognizing individual achievements. The company also provides comprehensive benefits, such as health care coverage, wellness centers, retirement plans, backup childcare, tuition reimbursement, mental health support, and financial coaching.
The Client Center Analyst position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, meaning that employment offers depend on a review of criminal conviction history. By joining this team, you are becoming a vital part of a diverse workforce that underpins JPMorgan Chase’s success, contributing to a dynamic corporate environment that supports both professional growth and operational excellence.
