Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Enforce departmental rules policies and regulations
  • maintain accountability for all issued and non-issued slot keys and equipment
  • manage daily staffing levels personnel scheduling and shift coordination
  • train evaluate monitor employee history and make promotion recommendations
  • ensure slot machines are clean and operational including bill acceptors ticket printers and progressive meters
  • maintain direct-line communication with slot department staff
  • handle customer service issues
  • provide the highest level of guest service to maximize guest enjoyment and return play
  • optimize gaming product revenue by identifying product mix positioning and pricing
  • plan and manage slot projects and assist with departmental budget administration
  • notify management promptly and discreetly of any illegal acts or internal ethics violations
  • perform other duties as assigned
