Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- basic understanding of food safety
- ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- capability to lift and carry loads up to 30 pounds
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- willingness to adhere to all sanitation safety and alcohol beverage control policies
- reliable and punctual work ethic

- previous experience in food service or retail preferred

Job Duties
- have a high degree of guest contact and be able to communicate guest requests to their server or bartender
- commit to 100% guest satisfaction 100% of the time
- help pre-bus during the meal and clear and reset tables after guests have left
- maintain a clean organized dining room and bar area during service
- protect establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation safety and alcohol beverage control policies
- be a team player lending a helping hand to fellow team members when needed
- assist in tasks to ensure a clean and safe restaurant
- lift and carry up to 30lb loads from one end of the building to the other
