Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working as a barista or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash and orders
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and creativity
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and answering customer inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace including coffee preparation and serving areas
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and machines efficiently
- Follow station specific duties and responsibilities
- Open and/or close area following an appropriate checklist and verify completion with Manager on Duty
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a hygienic and safe environment while practicing safe food and drink-handling practices
- Assist in restocking inventory and maintaining supplies
