Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Passed the paramedic licensure examination
  • 0-2 years of paramedic experience
  • State paramedic certification
  • Basic life support (BLS) required at time of hire
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Strong organizational and planning skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associates degree preferred
  • Passed the paramedic licensure examination
  • Demonstrated competency in EKG testing and venipuncture procedures
  • Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software

Job Duties

  • Provide support to medical providers, assist radiologic technologists and patients with various tasks
  • Collect patient vital signs and take social and medical histories
  • Perform point of care testing and administer medications
  • Assist with front desk registration and patient check-in processes
  • Operate and maintain EKG testing and venipuncture procedures
  • Manage medical office systems and ensure accurate documentation
  • Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members to ensure quality care
