Job Duties

  • monitoring and resolving daily export compliance issues for the URBN retail and wholesale business
  • data entry in Bamboo Rose (PO management system)
  • develop classification knowledge in apparel, footwear, home, and beauty product
  • assistance with customs audits and investigations when required
  • weekly processing of truck shipments from our DC's to fulfill our Canadian retail stores
  • document review for exports to international wholesale customers
  • processing of invoices for accounts payable
  • assisting with inquiries from our Canada Customs Broker
  • run reports from Qlik and analyzing data
