Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of high-volume kitchen experience
  • Culinary degree preferred but not required with strong experience
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 45 lbs
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Support the Executive Chef in menu execution and daily kitchen operations
  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring consistency and accountability
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and execution
  • Oversee food safety, sanitation, and hygiene across all stages of prep and service
  • Run and organize the expo line with precision and urgency
  • Step in and lead during high-volume service with confidence and composure
  • Train, coach, and develop team members
