Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • excellent customer service orientation
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • physical stamina to be on feet for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in restaurant management or similar hospitality leadership roles
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • ability to execute marketing and sales strategies

Job Duties

  • Support the General Manager/AGM in maintaining restaurant operations
  • hiring, training, continuing staff education and supervision of all team members
  • ensuring proper planning of each shift
  • ensuring the timely service of food and beverages to guests
  • executing marketing and sales initiatives
  • managing day-to-day operations with a focus on guest experiences and dining room presence
