Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a restaurant manager or assistant manager in a high-volume, full-service, systems-driven casual to upscale-casual restaurant
  • demonstrated leadership skills including being approachable, team-oriented, and leading by example
  • ability to perform under pressure in a fast-moving environment
  • proven track record of maintaining standards, exceeding goals, and building strong team relationships
  • experience managing labor, scheduling, and daily restaurant operations
  • strong commitment to guest service, hospitality, food safety, sanitation, and compliance
