The role of a Restaurant Manager within our group is pivotal to our ongoing success. Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a restaurant manager or assistant manager in a high-volume, full-service, systems-driven casual to upscale-casual restaurant
- demonstrated leadership skills including being approachable, team-oriented, and leading by example
- ability to perform under pressure in a fast-moving environment
- proven track record of maintaining standards, exceeding goals, and building strong team relationships
- experience managing labor, scheduling, and daily restaurant operations
- strong commitment to guest service, hospitality, food safety, sanitation, and compliance
Job Qualifications
