Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of cash handling experience
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and follow room charge procedures
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to maintain organized workstations

- Ability to work with money accurately
Job Duties
- Ensure all tables are properly set before seating guests
- Maintain a seating chart for rotation of stations
- Greet and seat guests properly and issue menus
- Answer the phone properly and follow all reservation procedures
- Follow accurate cash handling and room charge procedures
- Organize and maintain a clean service podium
- Maintain an inventory of needed supplies
- Ensure all menus are clean before the shift
- Be familiar with hotel facilities and their location and hours
