Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of cash handling experience
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle cash and follow room charge procedures
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Ability to maintain organized workstations

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • One-year cash handling work experience
  • Strong communication and hospitality skills
  • Ability to answer phones professionally
  • Ability to work with money accurately

Job Duties

  • Ensure all tables are properly set before seating guests
  • Maintain a seating chart for rotation of stations
  • Greet and seat guests properly and issue menus
  • Answer the phone properly and follow all reservation procedures
  • Follow accurate cash handling and room charge procedures
  • Organize and maintain a clean service podium
  • Maintain an inventory of needed supplies
  • Ensure all menus are clean before the shift
  • Be familiar with hotel facilities and their location and hours
