Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years upscale dining management experience
  • Experience in creating menus
  • Proven track record managing restaurant sales volume of $1.5 million or more
  • No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in creating menus
  • Proven ability to manage restaurant sales volumes exceeding $1.5 million
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • Experience in a polished casual dining environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead kitchen staff and manage daily kitchen operations
  • Create and develop innovative menus aligned with the restaurant’s scratch cuisine philosophy
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet brand standards
  • Monitor inventory and control food costs to maintain profitability
  • Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen team members to achieve high performance
  • Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
