Job Requirements
- Three years of back-of-house culinary experience in a similar management role in a high-volume upscale casual restaurant
- Culinary degree preferred
- Food safety knowledge with certification preferred
- Must be able to follow written recipes and instructions
- Able to read and plate dishes in the order received to expedite service efficiently
- Good knife-handling skills
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work standing for extended periods
- Fluent in English
- French language skills helpful

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff in daily operations

- Coordinate kitchen workflow to ensure timely and efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation standards
