Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Two years of experience in institutional or commercial food preparation including one year supervisory experience
- Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions
- Ability to direct and manage others
- Ability to maintain records and complete forms accurately
- Knowledge of large-scale food preparation methods and equipment
- Knowledge of food safety and health hazards
- Ability to apply mathematical concepts to tasks
- Ability to train personnel in standard practices
- Knowledge of safety and security precautions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Two years of experience in institutional or commercial food preparation
- One year of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of food preparation methods and health hazards
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Ability to train personnel and manage workflow
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Preferred two years of supervisory experience in fast-casual dining
- Familiarity with Qdoba Mexican Eats or similar concept
Job Duties
- Ensure operational standards for food preparation, presentation, and safety are met through managerial oversight
- Supervise staff adherence to established procedures and health regulations
- Assess service quality and customer satisfaction through established checkpoints
- Uphold high standards for food quality and service
- Adhere to all University policies, health codes, and safety standards
- Support staff training and development
- Manage scheduling and inventory control
