Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- previous restaurant experience preferred
- flexible to work occasional hours outside normal business hours
- ability to deal with customers and co-workers in a tactful and respectful manner
- dedicated to meeting and exceeding expectations of clients
- must meet regular attendance requirements
- ability to maintain physical stamina and mental attitude to work under pressure
- able to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- willing to work in a fast-paced casino environment
- able to cooperate with others and contribute to a positive work environment

- Previous restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties
- Take food orders and beverage orders from restaurant customers and input orders into POS system
- Deliver orders following required standards for the position
- Prepare table side items as requested by customer
- anticipate guest's needs
- Complete all side work including but not limited to wiping down stations, re-stocking supplies, etc.
- Polish silver, buff glasses, set-up service cart, etc. to prepare tables and stations
- Breakdown stations, carts and tables at close of restaurant
- Explain menu to guests and answer any questions
- Always check on quality of food and service to ensure excellent guest service
- Other duties as assigned
