Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • previous restaurant experience preferred
  • flexible to work occasional hours outside normal business hours
  • ability to deal with customers and co-workers in a tactful and respectful manner
  • dedicated to meeting and exceeding expectations of clients
  • must meet regular attendance requirements
  • ability to maintain physical stamina and mental attitude to work under pressure
  • able to lift and move up to 25 pounds
  • willing to work in a fast-paced casino environment
  • able to cooperate with others and contribute to a positive work environment

Job Duties

  • Take food orders and beverage orders from restaurant customers and input orders into POS system
  • Deliver orders following required standards for the position
  • Prepare table side items as requested by customer
  • anticipate guest's needs
  • Complete all side work including but not limited to wiping down stations, re-stocking supplies, etc.
  • Polish silver, buff glasses, set-up service cart, etc. to prepare tables and stations
  • Breakdown stations, carts and tables at close of restaurant
  • Explain menu to guests and answer any questions
  • Always check on quality of food and service to ensure excellent guest service
  • Other duties as assigned
