Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including morning, swing, late night shifts until 2 am and occasional split shifts
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, push and twist intermittently
- Must speak, read, write, and understand English
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid state gaming license
Job Qualifications
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of bar equipment, alcohol laws and regulations
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid state gaming license
- Ability to maintain a calm and pleasant attitude in high stress situations
- Must speak, read, write, and understand English

Job Duties
- Take beverage orders from guests and servers
- Prepare drinks correctly and serve orders in a timely manner
- Ensure quality product and good service for guests and beverage department employees
- Input and ring-up charges using the POS system and manage transactional details
- Observe guest alcohol consumption and enforce company policies regarding intoxication
- Develop and maintain positive guest relations through interactive transactions
- Stock bar items, fill ice bins, empty garbage, mop floors, and clean bar mats and coolers
- Perform other duties as assigned
