Job Duties
- Coordinate department activities and perform receptionist and clerical duties for patient care areas
- Utilize various software programs to facilitate efficient workflow
- Support multiple units each shift and ensure communication among care teams
- Perform revenue reconciliation and charge-error correction as Revenue Lead
- Coordinate patient care activities for ordered procedures using appropriate information systems
- Maintain inventory of supplies, process special orders and charge appropriately
- Assist Charge Nurse or Clinical Supervisor in timely discharge of patients
- Answer call lights and provide basic patient assistance as trained
