The role available at West Henderson Hospital focuses primarily on supporting nursing operations within the facility. This position entails assisting in the planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating of activities within the nursing unit. The responsibilities range from performing clerical and receptionist duties to directly engaging in patient care and service activities according to state regulations and hospital protocols. As a full-time daytime position, this role is essential in ensuring smooth clinical operations by offering administrative support and helping maintain high-quality patient care standards. Candidates are expected to handle a variety of clinical and clerical tasks, working closely with the nursing and medical teams to deliver the best possible healthcare experience. The role requires technical skills including basic PC knowledge and familiarity with medical terminology. Additionally, certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a current license valid in the State of Nevada and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification are mandatory.
