Job Duties
- Provide support for patients, visitors, and colleagues on assigned nursing units
- Facilitate efficient patient throughput including admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Support patient experience and culture of safety goals through equipment maintenance
- Manage unit supplies and ensure overall unit appearance
- Provide reception type services to patients, families, visitors, and other unit guests
- Assist with maintaining a safe and clean environment of care
- Collaborate with nursing staff to address unit needs
