Job Requirements

- ability to read computer terminals
- ability to push, pull, move, lift or carry objects up to 25 pounds
- ability to manoeuvre around sales floor and stockroom including repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
- strong numerical skills
- good communication skills

- familiarity with customer service principles

- basic proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems
- previous retail experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- maintain brand and operational standards such as visual merchandising and cleanliness
- proactively manage customer needs and exceed expectations by utilizing the U.N.I.Q.L.O. service standards and following fundamental principles
- be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist customers when needed
- act as cashier by following cashier protocols
- process shipments and ensure merchandise is stocked in full size runs
- assist management in identifying and resolving store issues
- provide detailed product and brand knowledge to customers
- follow company policies and notify management of any infractions
- assist with special projects as assigned by management
