Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with construction or industrial tools preferred
- Some mechanical repair experience or training preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Basic math skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Flexibility to work indoors and outdoors
- Safety-conscious approach
- Bilingual skills may be required depending on location
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred
- Some training or experience in repair of mechanical equipment preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- General mechanical aptitude
- Safety-focused mindset
- Bilingual skills (Spanish or other) may be required based on location
Job Duties
- Station and retrieve equipment on the location's property
- Maintain a written maintenance schedule for equipment
- Service equipment as needed to meet specifications
- Inspect equipment before and after rental for damages or loss
- Document any lost or damaged equipment
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies
