Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with construction and industrial tools preferred
- Training or experience in mechanical equipment repair preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors
- Safety-conscious attitude
- Bilingual abilities depending on location

Job Duties
- Station and retrieve equipment on location premises
- Maintain a written maintenance schedule for equipment
- Service equipment to meet set specifications as necessary
- Inspect equipment before and after rental to document damages or losses
- Communicate effectively with customers both orally and in writing
- Follow safety protocols and operate equipment safely
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment
