Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a food server within a casual full-service restaurant environment required
- Must be able to speak read write and understand the primary language English used in the workplace
- Ability to work weekends holidays and a flex shift if needed
- Knowledge of federal state and local laws ordinances and regulations and policy regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated patrons

Job Duties
- Ensures station and table set-ups are complete replenished and ready for service at the start of the shift and performs side duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage leadership team buffing glassware silverware roll-ups etc
- Accurately takes food and beverage orders and serves all food and beverage requests while utilizing a suggestive-selling technique and adhering to service timing standards
- Pre-bus all tables throughout the guests dining service and ensure that tables are cleared upon the completion of the guests service
- Enter guest orders into the point-of-sale accurately present guests with completed guest checks and secure process proper payment methods
- Routinely ensure that the guests experience is satisfactory and initiate recoveries when presented with guest-issues
- Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and guest-service equipment
