Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Passion for food
- A team player with a hospitality first mentality and a keen willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk and lift heavy items for extended periods of time
- Two years experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage industry preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
Job Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas
- Coordinate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management on food and beverage orders to ensure sufficient service to customers
- Communicate with customers on status of orders
- Prepare and maintain bar stock, including liquors, beers, wine coolers, glassware and ice
- Keep the bar stocked with garnishes, syrups, glasses, napkins and all other necessary items before and during service hours
- Assist bartenders in daily operational tasks as needed
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
