Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • Passion for food
  • A team player with a hospitality first mentality and a keen willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to stand, walk and lift heavy items for extended periods of time
  • Two years experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage industry preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas
  • Coordinate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management on food and beverage orders to ensure sufficient service to customers
  • Communicate with customers on status of orders
  • Prepare and maintain bar stock, including liquors, beers, wine coolers, glassware and ice
  • Keep the bar stocked with garnishes, syrups, glasses, napkins and all other necessary items before and during service hours
  • Assist bartenders in daily operational tasks as needed
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
