Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move freely for extended periods
- basic proficiency in reservation software or POS systems preferred
- excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- ability to work within a unionized environment
- high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile, manage phone reservations, and handle inquiries efficiently
- efficiently seat guests to optimize seating charts and ensure balanced workloads for servers
- maintain cleanliness of the host stand and entrance area
- assist servers by clearing, cleaning, or resetting tables, and sanitizing menus
- address and resolve customer complaints, escalating to management when necessary
