Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure that prospects and visitors are comfortable while they wait to speak with a team member
- Monitor guest traffic
- Answer phone calls, route all calls to the appropriate team member for assistance, and assist with completed service request call backs as necessary
- Assist residents with the checking in or out of luggage carts
- Monitor parking lot for team members and vendors
- Monitor fire alarm panel and security cameras
- Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents of all package deliveries within 24 hours
