Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable working in a unionized environment
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation if operating a motorized vehicle during work
  • Computer literacy and effective communication skills
  • Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws
  • Use of own smartphone with updated software and password protection compliant with security systems
  • Ability to use technology effectively (Google Suite & MRI)
  • Ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 15 pounds
  • May be required to climb stairs depending on property structure

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 15 pounds
  • May be required to climb stairs depending on property structure
  • Customer service experience preferred for handling complex situations professionally

Job Duties

  • Warmly welcoming residents, prospects, and guests, handling packages promptly and professionally
  • Answering phones with courtesy, preparing for self-guided tours, and proactively addressing customer needs
  • Providing resident services such as lockout assistance, transportation arrangements, and event support
  • Inspecting appearance of lobby for cleanliness (entrance windows/door/floors)
  • Facilitating routine service requests, promptly passing them to relevant personnel, and coordinating emergency responses
  • Ensuring timely entry of service requests and conducting routine inspections for organized common areas
  • Vigilantly monitoring security systems for a secure environment
  • Implementing security measures by securing sensitive information and locking computers when away
  • Scheduled hours: Thursday-Sunday: 11pm-7:30am, off Tuesday & Wednesday
