Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable working in a unionized environment
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation if operating a motorized vehicle during work
- Computer literacy and effective communication skills
- Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws
- Use of own smartphone with updated software and password protection compliant with security systems
- Ability to use technology effectively (Google Suite & MRI)
- Ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 15 pounds
- May be required to climb stairs depending on property structure
Job Qualifications

- May be required to climb stairs depending on property structure
- Customer service experience preferred for handling complex situations professionally
Job Duties
- Warmly welcoming residents, prospects, and guests, handling packages promptly and professionally
- Answering phones with courtesy, preparing for self-guided tours, and proactively addressing customer needs
- Providing resident services such as lockout assistance, transportation arrangements, and event support
- Inspecting appearance of lobby for cleanliness (entrance windows/door/floors)
- Facilitating routine service requests, promptly passing them to relevant personnel, and coordinating emergency responses
- Ensuring timely entry of service requests and conducting routine inspections for organized common areas
- Vigilantly monitoring security systems for a secure environment
- Implementing security measures by securing sensitive information and locking computers when away
- Scheduled hours: Thursday-Sunday: 11pm-7:30am, off Tuesday & Wednesday
