Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver’s license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation if required to operate a motorized vehicle during work
- Computer literacy and effective communication skills
- Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Use of personal smartphone for certain job aspects with updated software and security compliance
- Ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 15 pounds
- Ability to climb stairs depending on property structure
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer literacy and effective communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing in English for all work-related purposes
- Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws
- Ability to use a computer effectively and read written communications
- Ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 15 pounds
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends
Job Duties
- Warmly welcoming residents, prospects, and guests, handling packages promptly and professionally
- Answering phones with courtesy, preparing for self-guided tours, and proactively addressing customer needs
- Providing resident services such as lockout assistance, transportation arrangements, and event support
- Facilitating routine service requests, promptly passing them to relevant personnel, and coordinating emergency responses
- Ensuring timely entry of service requests and conducting routine inspections for organized common areas
- Vigilantly monitoring security systems for a secure environment
- Implementing security measures by securing sensitive information and locking computers when away
- Scheduled hours: Tuesday-Saturday: 3PM-11.30PM (Off Sunday and Monday)
