Hyatt Vacation Ownership supports career growth through comprehensive training programs and offers robust benefits to its team members, enhancing their professional and personal lives.
The union bartender role at Hyatt Vacation Ownership involves preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining an organized and clean bar environment. You will also ensure compliance with all safety and legal regulations, including checking IDs to verify drinking age and responsibly refusing service to intoxicated guests.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining the bar's cleanliness, restocking supplies, washing glassware, and managing inventory to keep operations running smoothly. Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and engage customers will contribute to creating an enjoyable and memorable experience for guests. With an hourly wage of $19.64, this position provides a competitive salary alongside the security and benefits afforded by union membership.
